I’ve always tried to live my life by adventure and to be an all mountain athlete. Primarily a climber and mountain ultra trail runner, I also like biking, skiing, and paddling my way around the backcountry in my home of the Pacific Northwest.
Originally from Iowa, I really grew to love the mountains when the Army moved me out to Joint Base Lewis McChord. After a deployment to Afghanistan, I decided to stick around here and pursue a career in the outdoor industry. I have been helping direct races in the area and ski patrolling in the winter, but if you have some good leads on a fun job in the outdoor recreation world, I would love to hear about it!
